Description:
This focused workshop aims at bringing together key players in the field of Computational Optical Microscopy to discuss recent advances in the field. The topics include but are not limited to:
• Theory of computational optical microscopy
• Components, devices and platforms for computational optical microscopy
• Portable computational optical microscopy
• Adaptive optics and wavefront shaping for computational microscopy
• Point spread function engineering and structured illumination
• Machine learning in computational optical microscopy
• Computation-based super-resolution microscopy
• Image visualization and analysis for multidimensional data
• Biomedical applications of computational optical microscopy
This workshop aims at connecting the communities of optics, physics, mathematics, computer science and life sciences, in an open atmosphere, with long time for lectures and extended discussions, favoring the exchange of ideas and emergence of collaborations.
All the talks will be invited, including several technology talks from industry.
Abstract submission:
In addition to the invited talks, there is a limited number of slots for high quality contributed poster presentations, preferentially from PhD and Postdoctoral researchers.

Starting date for abstract submission: Monday, February 18, 2019.
Deadline for abstract submission: Friday, March 22, 2019.
Preparation of Abstracts:
Original works covering the topics of Computational Optical Microscopy 2019 will be screened out for poster presentation. The abstract should be one page and formatted to A4-size (210 x 297 mm) with 25 mm margins on all sides, text in 12-point Times New Roman, and single space. Other details can be found in the
Abstract template. Figures are welcomed but must fit within the page.
Registration:
The standard registration costs cover conference fee, lodging for three nights, and most meals.
Accommodation in shared room will be provided at the hotel for students and postdocs (on a first come first serve basis).
There will be a limited amount of financial aid for invited speakers and students with financial need presenting accepted papers.

• Attendees (shared double room): 550 euros
• Attendees (without lodging, includes conference fee and meals): 400 euros
• Accompanying person (meals only): 200 euros
Registration will be open once abstracts have been accepted.
