Accelerating High Standards Delivery
"T-Heights" is 2.7 times larger than TUCSEN's original factory. The expanded space has advanced production lines and scientific layout of dynamic lines, which greatly improves the overall production capacity and product delivery standards. It not only has a production workshop with higher cleanliness, but also has a variety of laboratories - including physical testing, chemical analysis, reliability platform and scenario laboratory - which enhances TUCSEN's ability to meet complex and high-end customer needs.

Promoting Communication and Collaboration
Quality is embedded in every phase of TUCSEN’s operations—from product planning, research, and development to marketing, sales, delivery, and service. "T-Heights" supports these processes with diverse collaboration spaces, including large and small meeting rooms, open conference areas, standing meeting zones, and a water bar coffee lounge. For external engagement, the facility features a customer reception hall, training rooms, after-sales service center, online media studio, and product experience center, all designed to provide an efficient and engaging user experience.

People-Centric Concept
At TUCSEN, we believe office space extends beyond the building—the surrounding views are part of the experience. While ensuring operational efficiency, "T-Heights" was designed so every employee can enjoy a window view, connecting them more closely with the cityscape. Even production line employees working in traditionally enclosed cleanrooms can now enjoy thoughtfully placed windows, fostering a sense of connection and well-being.

The new building underscores the company’s vision of creating long-term value for clients and partners worldwide. “Our new headquarters allows us to address growing client needs and unlock our potential in the scientific imaging field,” said Peter Chen, CEO of TUCSEN. "T-Heights represents the future of TUCSEN—a hub of scientific camera innovation designed to empower our clients.”
