FL 9BW
The FL 9BW is a cooled CMOS camera designed for long exposure imaging. It not only incorporates high sensitivity and low noise advantages from latest sensor technologies, but also leverages Tucsen’s many years experiences on cooling chamber design and advanced image processing, being able to capture clean and even images for up to 60 minutes exposure time.
The Dark current and the cooling depth are the key performance of long exposure imaging. The FL 9BW has the low dark current down to 0.0005 e- / p / s and the deep cooling depth down to -25℃ at ambient 22°C , which make it can acquire high SNR images within ~ 10 min, and has higher SNR in 60 min than the CCD.
The FL 9BW integrates Sony's glow suppression technology and TUCSEN advanced image calibration technology to calibrate problems such as background glow and dead pixels, providing much cleaner background for quantitative analysis.
The FL 9BW has the excellent imaging performance of modern CMOS technology. Not only the dark current is as low as the CCD, but also has the ultra-low light imaging capacity with 92 % peak QE and 0.9 e- readout noise, and the frame rate and the dynamic range are higher than 4 times that of the CCD.
