25/02/13The software uses a lag or a flash back, how should it be resolved?
Check steps:
1) Please check whether the preview frame rate is too low first. When the exposure time is the lowest, the frame rate does not reach the theoretical value, please check the USB wiring and interface to ensure the normal speed of the camera. If the frame rate has reached the theoretical value, please adjust the other parameters to increase the frame rate.
2) Software operation has certain requirements for computer performance. If it is a laptop, connect the power supply and set the battery to high performance mode. turn on the software to monitor the current CPU usage. if the CPU usage is too high, it may cause the software lag or flash back, please close the redundant application, or change the higher performance computer test.
