The software does not identify the camera, how should it be resolved?
Check steps:
1) Please first check whether the camera is turned on, whether the data cable wiring is normal, and ensure that the camera is correctly connected to the computer.
2) Check whether the camera status of the device manager is running normally. For example, in other devices or image devices, the camera has a yellow exclamation mark, and the device status is code 28, please install the driver first.
3) After turning on the camera, please wait a few seconds before the camera fan is fully turned before opening the software. because the camera takes some time to start, if the software is started immediately after starting, the camera may not be recognized.
