Check steps:
1) Check whether the camera dust cover is open.
2) Check whether the optical part of the microscope is given to the camera signal and light source.
3) Check whether the software parameters are set correctly, and adjust the gain and exposure time and other parameters appropriately. when the signal is weak, turn on the automatic color scale function.
