Inconsistency between previewed and captured saved images, how should it be resolved?

Check steps:

1) The format of the image determines the parameters that the image will be saved. In Mosaic3.0 software, the SEN / / TIF image format takes original images, without pseudo color, gamma, contrast, color scale, 3D noise reduction, integration effect, flat field calibration, dark field calibration, background reduction and reference reduction. PNG / JPG / AVI images will have these effects.
