How to install USB driver?

 

Installation steps:

1) Camera connected to the computer, open the matching U disk.

2) Double-click the Run driver installation package.

3) Follow the prompts and click on [Next] for the default installation.

 

4) Select the installation content, check the Microsoft runlibrary vcredist_2008 and vcredist_2013 by default, uncheck the installation may cause the software or third-party plug-in to work.

 

5) Wait for the drive installation to complete.

 

6) Click "Finish" to complete the drive installation.

 

After the camera USB 3.0 driver is installed, open the device manager of the computer. When the driver is successfully installed, the camera will appear under the image device, without any yellow logo, as shown in the figure. If the yellow sign appears, the driver needs to be reinstalled.

 

 

Note: Mosaic3.0 software version already contains the driver installation, so you can choose whether to install the driver when installing the software. If the driver installation is unsuccessful, you can also download the driver file to the official website to install it separately.
