25/02/13The preview color is not correct, what should I do?
1. Preview and ocular color differences are large that require white balance:
1) Check the automatic white balance.
2) Move the field of view to the blank area, or check [Area white balance] to move the white balance box to any white area of the current preview screen.
3) Cancel [automatic white balance], then lock the white balance.
4) If there is a color deviation, slightly adjust R, G, B values.
Note:
1) When using the microscope, you can move the field of vision to the blank area of the glass slide, so that the background value appears gray and white.
2) In biological mode, only the MIChrome series and FL-20 support regional white balance.
3) In the industrial mode, only the MIChrome series, GT series and FL-20 support regional white balance.
4) HDMI camera, only TrueChrome 4K Pro supports regional white balance.
2. The color camera preview is black and white and can be processed by resetting all the parameters.
