Dhyana 400D
The Dhyana 400D is a front-illuminated cooled sCMOS camera. It performs to an excellent standard due to its high sensitivity, low noise and high-speed readout. With a peak QE of 72% at 600nm and a readout noise of only 2.5e- in HDR mode, the Dhyana 400D is perfect for low-light imaging applications such as bioluminescence, and chemiluminescence.
The Dhyana 400D adopts front-illuminated sCMOS technology with a peak quantum efficiency of 72% and a hardware 2X2 binning function, which means it has superior sensitivity for low light imaging.
The Dhyana 400D operates at -15 °C to ensure long-term reliable operation, significantly reducing the hot pixels caused by the accumulation of dark current, and obtaining a purer fluorescent background image.
