Color cameras can operate in both bright field and dark field. They are very convenient in observing morphological features of the sample, and quite suitable to monitor and record some fluorescents simultaneously with multiband filter, which is always used in the comparison program and fluorescence applications. Thanks to color cameras’ simplicity and convenience, they are welcomed by many users, but subject to the restrictionsof sensitivity, the scope of application is very limited.
