Product Release

Color cameras can operate in both bright field and dark field. They are very convenient in observing morphological features of the sample, and quite suitable to monitor and record some fluorescents simultaneously with multiband filter, which is always used in the comparison program and fluorescence applications. Thanks to color cameras’ simplicity and convenience, they are welcomed by many users, but subject to the restrictionsof sensitivity, the scope of application is very limited.

The challenge of color

1.Generally,color cameras can get a good image in bright field, but in dark field, the noise results in poor image quality.

2.In order to obtain good fluorescence image quailty in dark field, sometimes we have to choose a high sensitivity monochrome camera, with pseudo-color superimposed to create color images.

Dhyana 400DC, the sCMOS high sensitivity technology development, provides a good solutionfor both brightfield and fluorescence imaging

sCMOS, scientific CMOS, is the latest image sensor technology that combines the CCD pixel structure with CMOS readout integrated circuit structure, resulting in: high sensitivity; low noise and high frame rate, which has greatly expanded the portfolio of research applications.

Following the release of the Dhyana 95, the worlds first 95% quantum efficiency sCMOS camera, Tucsen has firmly established itself in the upper tier of scientific camera manufacturers. In order to further cement their position in the research market Tucsen has invested significantly in image signal processing algorithms that enable their cameras to improve image quality in real time.

Using that capability, Tucsen has combined their latest image processing core algorithm and has created the world's first color sCMOS camera, the 400DC.

1. Research level sensitivity, faster capture of weak signals.

The research level sensitivity, in a low light environment reveals exciting imaging capabilities, with the same exposure time, the data collection is faster and more informative than a monochrome CCD camera.

2. the perfect color reproduction ability

Using Tucsen’s latest core image processing algorithm, the 400DChas perfect real color and higher resolution than monochrome alternatives.

Image fidelityin the blue \ purple \ red is of great importance in pathology. It is in these areas that the 400DC provides perfect performance and a reliable basis for pathology analysis.

The 400DC scientific grade sensitivity greatly expands the application opportunities for many types of fluorescence imaging needs. In addition, the 400DC can be used to obtain high color reproduction of bright field images and to deliver the highest quality color application experience.
